4. How We Process DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:

1. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint via email.

2. The reported content will be temporarily disabled or removed from public view while we review the claim.

3. We will notify the user or contributor who uploaded or submitted the alleged infringing material.

4. The user will have the opportunity to submit a counter-notification (explained below).

If no counter-notification is received within 10–14 business days, the content will remain removed permanently.

5. Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification in accordance with Section 512(g) of the DMCA.

Your counter-notice must include:

1. Your full name, address, phone number, and email.

2. Identification of the material that was removed and its previous URL.

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was due to a mistake or misidentification.

4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address (or the district where Gamdie operates).

5. Your physical or electronic signature.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Gamdie enforces a strict repeat-infringer policy.
Any user, uploader, or member found to have submitted or distributed infringing content multiple times may have their account permanently terminated.

We also reserve the right to block access from IP addresses or accounts repeatedly associated with infringement.

7. Good-Faith Misuse Warning

Please note that submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notices can have legal consequences.
Under U.S. law, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney fees.
